This is amazing. He sounds just like me!… studying maps and such. And I aspire to be able to create and design such maps with as much creativity and imagination as this one, but alas, I am hindered by my desire for perfection of ideas. I am left to admire the amazing works of those who can and do, and to get lost in their world of imagination.

What was the inspiration for this piece?
Generally I start drawing one street on different spots on the edge of my paper. I make the streets grow toward one another.

Who are some artists that you like?
None. I study road maps and atlases in detail and generally I scroll the full track of our trips on Google Earth.
